Important Notice of Compatibility
The X99 motherboard uses old PCIe 3.0 interface, it is not compatible with RTX 5050, RTX 5060 and RTX 5060Ti graphics cards.
When installing these new cards, black screen, flashing image loss, and recognition failure may occur. This is caused by the hardware protocol difference, it is not motherboard defect, we do not accept return for this reason.
We recommend using GTX 16xx/30xx/40xx or RX 6000 series cards for stable operation.
This X79/X99 series motherboard is designed for server-side platforms and requires the use of ECC/REG (server-side) memories to ensure perfect compatibility and correct system startup. If standard home memory (non-ECC) is used, problems such as incompatibility, failure to boot, or lack of video output may occur; such occurrences are not considered quality defects of the motherboard.
