This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account at PluginForge | WordPress and the personal data associated with it. For more details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

2. How to request deletion

To request the deletion of your account, send an e-mail to privacidade@pluginforgewordpress.com or a message via WhatsApp +55 (91) 99354-1650, providing:

• The e-mail address registered on the account;
• Whenever possible, an order number associated with the account, to help confirm ownership;
• Explicit confirmation that you want to delete your account and your data.

For security reasons, we may request additional information to confirm that the request is made by the account holder.

3. What happens after the request

Once we confirm your identity, your request will be processed within 15 (fifteen) days. Once deletion is completed:

• Your access to the account area will be terminated;
• Your profile data (name, e-mail, password) will be removed from our active systems;
• Access to downloads of digital products linked to the account will be terminated.

4. Data that may be retained

Even after account deletion, some information may be retained for an additional period when required by law or to protect legal rights, such as:

• Financial transaction records and tax documents, as required by tax and accounting regulations;
• Data necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or to respond to requests from competent authorities;
• Information necessary for fraud prevention and the regular exercise of rights in the event of disputes.

This retained data is kept only for these specific purposes and deleted once the applicable legal retention period ends.

5. Effects of deletion

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you will lose access to your order history and to downloads of purchased digital products. We recommend downloading any files you still want to keep before requesting deletion.

If you have an order in progress (for example, awaiting delivery of a physical product or a refund review), account deletion can only be carried out once that process is completed.

6. Alternative: just stop receiving communications

If your goal is simply to stop receiving marketing e-mails, you do not need to delete your account — you can unsubscribe directly through the link included in any promotional e-mail we send.
